Welcome to Beam & Bramble LLC ("Beam & Bramble," "we," "our," or "us"). By using this website, submitting an inquiry, booking services, or otherwise engaging with Beam & Bramble, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Beam & Bramble is a Pacific Northwest floral and design studio offering creative services that may include floral design, installations, editorial styling, creative direction, workshops, gatherings, Bloom Bars, consultations, and related design services. All services are subject to availability and may require a signed agreement, proposal approval, and/or retainer before work begins.

Proposals & Booking

Project proposals and quotes are valid for the period stated within the proposal. Bookings are not considered confirmed until all required agreements have been signed and any required retainer has been received. Beam & Bramble reserves the right to decline projects that are not aligned with our availability, capabilities, values, creative direction, or business operations.

Floral & Botanical Materials

Flowers and botanical materials are seasonal, natural products. Availability, color, size, and variety may vary based on season, weather, growing conditions, and supplier availability. When necessary, Beam & Bramble reserves the right to make substitutions with materials of comparable value, quality, and aesthetic intent. Because all work is created using natural materials, no two arrangements, installations, or designs will be identical.

Payments

Payment schedules, retainers, and final balances will be outlined within individual proposals or service agreements. Invoices are due according to the payment schedule provided. Late payments may result in project delays, cancellation of services, or additional fees as permitted by law.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by project type and will be outlined within individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated in writing, retainers are non-refundable, as they reserve dates, planning time, sourcing efforts, and studio capacity.

Intellectual Property

All original concepts, designs, styling plans, sketches, mood boards, educational materials, written content, graphics, photographs created by Beam & Bramble, and proprietary creative processes remain the intellectual property of Beam & Bramble unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients receive the right to enjoy and use the final delivered work for its intended purpose. No design, installation, concept, written material, image, or creative work may be reproduced, resold, replicated, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Photography & Portfolio Use

Beam & Bramble may photograph completed work and use those images for portfolio, website, marketing, publication, social media, educational, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Whenever possible, appropriate credit will be given to collaborating photographers, venues, and creative partners.

Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, branding elements, and design concepts, is the property of Beam & Bramble or is used with permission. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Beam & Bramble shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, venue restrictions, transportation delays, supply shortages, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen events. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beam & Bramble's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Changes to These Terms

Beam & Bramble reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting to this website.
