Pick up your ready-to-host Bloom Bar kit from Happy Valley (local delivery may be available for an additional fee). We prep everything—so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

Seasonal stems + foliage, prepped and ready to arrange
Jars/vases for each guest
Floral tools + supplies (snips, gloves, aprons)
Simple setup guide with step-by-step instructions
Returnable containers + buckets for transport
Perfect for: birthday parties, baby or bridal showers, casual gatherings, or any celebration where you want a fun, creative activity without added stress.

Hosted Bloom Bar
From $60/person (min 10 = $600) + $75 setup fee
We bring the Bloom Bar magic to you with everything needed for a hands-on floral experience, plus the guidance of a floral instructor.
What’s included:
Seasonal stems and foliage (curated for your event)
Vases/jars for each guest
Floral tools + supplies (snips, gloves, aprons, lazy susans)
Professionally styled setup + floral display
One hour of guided instruction with a Beam & Bramble host
Partial teardown after the activity

Luxe Bloom Bar
From $125/person (min 12 = $1,500) + $75 setup fee
An elevated, fully styled Bloom Bar experience with premium flowers and thoughtful, customized details.
What’s included:
Premium blooms (garden roses, specialty stems)
Full-service design + setup tailored to your venue / event aesthetic
Vases for each guest (upgrade options available)
High-quality tools, ribbons, wraps, and styling extras
Floral host/instructor for the duration of the activity
Complete teardown + clean-up after the event
Personalized accents (custom signage, tags, or ribbon color palettes)
Perfect for: brand activations, styled shoots, high-end retreats, or sophisticated DIY-style weddings.
Important Information
Rush Orders
Orders placed within 7 days of your event: +15% of total package
Orders placed within 72 hours of your event: +25% of total package
Orders placed within 24 hours of your event: +50% of total package
Rush orders must be paid in full at the time of booking
Payment Policy
A deposit is required to secure your date (amount varies by tier)
Deposits ensure flowers and supplies can be sourced for your event
The remaining balance is due prior to your event date
For rush bookings, the full balance is required at the time of booking
Supplies & Returns
All vases, clippers, buckets, and aprons are provided for your Bloom Bar
Supplies must be picked up and returned after your event
Replacement fees apply for lost or damaged items
