Ordering & Scheduling
Lead Time: Please place orders at least 7 days in advance so we can source the right seasonal flowers and design with care.
Rush Orders: We are not a same-day florist. Rush requests may be possible depending on availability, but must be approved in advance and will incur an additional fee. Please inquire before ordering.
Events & Installations: For weddings, elopements, or larger gatherings, please inquire separately so we can create a tailored proposal and timeline.
Payment
Payment is collected securely at checkout (Stripe/PayPal).
All custom orders are final sale once confirmed, as flowers are ordered specifically for you.
Delivery & Pickup
Local Delivery: Available within 10 miles / 20 mins of Happy Valley, OR. A standard delivery window is included; timed delivery is available for an additional fee.
Pickup: If preferred, pickup is available in Happy Valley. You’ll receive details once your order is placed.
Vase Life & Care
Your flowers are conditioned before delivery to ensure freshness.
Average Vase Life: 5–7 days depending on bloom type and care (some hardy varieties last longer).
Care Tips:
Re-cut stems at an angle every 2–3 days.
Change water daily and rinse the vase.
Keep away from heat, fruit, and direct sun.
Use flower food if provided, or add a pinch of sugar + a drop of bleach to fresh water.
