How It Works

Whether you know exactly what you want or are still exploring ideas, we’ll help guide you toward something beautiful and intentional. Our inquiry form gives us the details we need to begin crafting your bespoke floral experience.

    What to expect:

    • Share your color palette, style, and must-have blooms (if any).

    • Let us know which package feels like the best fit, or ask for our guidance.

    • Submit your inquiry to check availability for your date.

  • Once we’ve reviewed your inquiry, we’ll confirm whether your date is available and share next steps. Together, we’ll create a floral plan that feels aligned with your celebration—scaled perfectly for intimate weddings and elopements. From mood boards to seasonal bloom recommendations, we’ll thoughtfully shape every detail to reflect your style.

    What to expect:

    • A follow-up email with availability and package details

    • Recommendations for seasonal blooms and design direction

    • A proposal outlining your chosen package and add-ons

  • Pickup: Floral orders are carefully packaged and ready for collection at our Happy Valley studio.
    Delivery: A very limited delivery service is available within 10 miles of our studio for $150.

    Delivery slots are extremely limited and must be arranged at the time of booking.

  • Standard Booking Window
    We recommend booking your wedding florals at least 3–6 months in advance to ensure availability and design time.

    Rush Orders
    Orders placed less than 4 weeks from the event date are subject to a 20% rush fee (based on the total floral cost).

    Ultra-Rush Orders
    Orders placed less than 7 days from the event date are subject to a 30% rush fee and are accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability.

  • At Beam & Bramble, we don’t believe in arbitrary markups or “wedding taxes.” Our prices reflect the real time, skill, and premium materials it takes to design, source, and prepare florals for your day.

    We use only the freshest seasonal blooms and take on a limited number of weddings each season to ensure every arrangement receives the care and attention it deserves.

    Our focus is on quality, not quantity—because your flowers should feel as special as your celebration.

  • Booking & Deposit
    To secure your wedding date, we require:

    • A non-refundable 30% retainer at the time of booking.

    • The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event date.

    We take on a limited number of weddings each season to ensure every design receives our full attention. Booking early helps secure your spot in our calendar.

    Final Details & Adjustments

    • All final floral decisions and adjustments must be confirmed 4 weeks prior to your event.

    • Any add-ons requested within 4 weeks of the event are subject to availability and may incur a 20% rush fee.

    Payments Accepted
    We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Payment plans may be available for larger orders—just ask during booking.
