Valentine’s Collection preorders open Monday, February 2 and close Tuesday, February 10 at 6:00 PM, or when quantities sell out. Quantities are limited and offered on a first-come basis.

Pickup details

All Valentine’s bouquets are prepared fresh and available for pickup unless local delivery is selected at checkout.

• Thursday, February 12 . 3:00–6:00 PM
• Friday, February 13 . 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Bouquets are designed to be enjoyed through Valentine’s weekend.

Delivery option

Limited local delivery is available within 10 miles of Happy Valley, Oregon.

• Delivery fee: $25
• Delivery date: Friday, February 13 only
• Delivery window: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Delivery windows are approximate and cannot be guaranteed to a specific time.

Delivery logistics & responsibility

Delivery locations must be accessible during the delivery window. This includes access to gates, secured buildings, concierge desks, or any other entry requirements. Please ensure all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, bouquets will be left in a safe location at the delivery address, such as a doorstep, porch, or reception area, unless otherwise instructed.

Once a bouquet has been delivered or left at the delivery location, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Beam & Bramble is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to:

incorrect or incomplete address information
lack of access to the delivery location
refusal or inability to accept delivery
unattended locations where access is restricted

In these cases, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refund or replacement.

If you are outside the delivery radius or require a precise delivery time, pickup is recommended.

Changes and cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all Valentine’s orders are final within 72 hours of the pickup window. If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help.
